Dr. Harris is a NEUROLOGIST Board Certified by the ABPN as well as the NBPS, Fellow of the American Academy of Neurology, Clinical Assistant Professor at University of New Mexico, Texas Tech University, and Burrell Osteopathic College. Her goal is to provide the best integrative adult neurology care in the state by using a variety of strategies unique to each patient. She also performs Independent Medical Evaluations on certain cases.
Dakota has been with us for over 4 years, and is an expert at all aspects of the MA and front desk. She has started a nursing program at Carrington College and we are fortunate to have her work with us while she goes to school.
Kylie is our newest team member. She has done work in exercise physiology and cardiac rehab and we are happy to have her work with us as an MA until she starts her accelerated nursing program in Oregon.
Sandia Neurology PC started 7/1/2009 after Dr. Harris had been at Lovelace and ABQHP for the prior decade as Medical Director of Neurology. The goal of this office is to provide integrative neurological care for each patient individually. We host medical students at times when requested.
We provide innovative services including counseling on both western and alternative treatments, educational group Headache and Multiple Sclerosis clinics, injections (Botox, nerve blocks, trigger points, dry needling), vagal nerve stimulation programming, devices head pain, and an integrative approach to your neurological concerns.
We accept everyone regardless of insurance . We can directly bill Presbyterian (commercial and senior plans and Medicare. If you have any other health insurance or no health insurance you will simply pay us the discounted amount (see fee schedule under FORMS) and we provide you with the claim and receipt that you can submit to your plan for Out of Network reimbursement.
